Off the Grid NZ hits Aussie TV + renewed for Season 2

Best mates Colin and Manu have teamed up for a new adventure – sharing a caravan as they hit the open road of New Zealand in their new chaotic travel show, Off the Grid NZ.
Filmed in late 2024 and premiering on Channel Seven and 7plus on Wednesday 24 September 2025, the show follows the cheffing duo on a month-long adventure across New Zealand’s Aotearoa region.
Season 1 of the new show sees them embark on a once-in-a-lifetime culinary road trip to discover the best New Zealand has to offer, off the beaten track.
It follows the pair as they battle all the trials and tribulations of van-life in their tiny caravan ‘Betty’, in search of New Zealand’s best food, adventures, and colourful locals.
Premiering earlier in 2025 on New Zealand TV as the number one show in it’s time slot, it’s now available in watch in Australia on Channel Seven and 7plus.
The show has also been renewed for Season 2, set to begin filming in New Zealand in 2026.
