Launceston’s Festivale is set to return to Tasmania in 2026, with Colin joining the line-up of the three-day celebration of food, wine, entertainment and more.
Traditionally held in City Park on the first weekend of February each year, Festivale is Tasmania’s premium summer event held across three days.
Colin will be joining the event, set to host a Masterclass event on Saturday 31 January 2026 in the IGA Chefs in Action Marquee.
Designed for lovers of fine food and drink, these exclusive sessions showcase the very best of Tasmania’s premium wines, craft beverages, and artisan produce through the eyes of culinary masters.
It’s set to be an unmissable celebration of Tasmania’s best, and Colin hopes to see you there!
