OngoingColin first partnered with Australian Pork in 2013, working with their foodservice program PorkStar. To this day Colin continues helping more Aussies to get some pork on their fork.
Olsson’s Sea Salt
OngoingColin is proud to be an ongoing partner of Olsson’s Sea Salt – producing sea salt since 1948 and the oldest family-owned sea salt maker in Australia.

Red Rock Deli
2021-2022In 2021, Colin collaborated with Red Rock Deli for their Chef Series – reimagining restaurant quality flavours onto the brand’s signature potato chip. The range consisted of three flavours: Pork Belly with Apple Sauce, Braised Beef Brisket with Caramelised Onion, and Portuguese Chicken with Lemon and Oregano.
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP)
2023-2024Colin partnered with CCEP to create a seasonal menu that celebrates one of Australia’s favourite non-alcoholic beverages, Coca-Cola.
